Hey there! Thanks for listening!
if you are interested in donating, here is some food for thought about where your donation can go:
? $10 provides one teacher with an educational Pediatric Instruction Manual to assist a child with cancer returning to school after treatment.
? $15 provides a patient access to an informational teleconference about their specific blood cancer.
? $25 provides a disease-specific educational booklet, information on the Society’s services, and a binder for a patient to keep track of oncology appointments & medical history.
? $60 educates an oncology unit about the Society’s services, directly increasing the number of patients that are able to utilize Society resources.
? $150 provides 10 patients access to an informational teleconference about their specific blood cancer.
? $300 trains 25 peer volunteers who can provide emotional support to newly diagnosed patients.
? $400 provides 40 teachers with an educational Pediatric Instruction Manual to assist a child with cancer returning to school after treatment.
? $500 provides a patient with leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma with Patient Aid to support their medical treatment and travel to medical appointments for one year.
